Gao Sheng-ting graduated from the Department of Dance at Taipei University of the Arts. He excels across a wide range of dance genres, including contemporary dance, ballet, classical dance, and improvisation. Gao has received several accolades, including the Diane Baker Scholarship in 2022 in recognition of his outstanding performance, and a Merit Award in the Performing Arts Creation Open Call Competition at the 2020 Pulima Art Award, in recognition of his choreographic work.<\/span><\/p>\n

He has appeared at major events such as performances at the Performing Arts Centre of Nanyang Girls\u2019 High School in Singapore and the 43<\/span>rd<\/span> Battery Dance Festival in New York.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Gao has extensive performance experience in works by renowned choreographers, such as Hofesh Shechter <\/span>In your rooms, <\/span><\/i>\u00a0Tsai-Hsi Hung <\/span>Self-Portrait, <\/span><\/i>Leigh Warren <\/span>Transient Pleasures<\/span><\/i>, Howard Lark<\/span> In the Wee Hour.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

He was an intern with <\/span>Bu<\/span>lareyaung Dance Company<\/span> as an intern dancer in 2020 and joined City Contemporary Dance Company in 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n
