He or she should possess the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University qualifications with 12-15 years relevant experience in arts administration, of which 6-10 years in senior positions<\/li>\n<li>A strong knowledge and network in the performing arts sector<\/li>\n<li>Good business sense, organizational, management and negotiation skills, and the ability to multi-task and work in a rapidly changing environment<\/li>\n<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English, and proficiency in Putonghua<\/li>\n<li>Proven leadership ability with excellent people management skills<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and ability to communicate effectively at all levels<\/li>\n<li>Experienced in fundraising with a successful track record<\/li>\n<li>Have substantial experience in dealing with government bureaux and departments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Interested parties are invited to send a full CV and a cover letter stating 1)reasons for applying, 2)present and expected salary by email to <a href=\"mailto:hiring@ccdc.com.hk\">hiring@ccdc.com.hk<\/a>. Opportunities for national and international stage performances and in-job training will be provided. CCDC is Hong Kong&#8217;s first professional contemporary dance company and one of the major performing arts organisations financially supported by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
