Ballet Pre-class Warm Up (Floor Ballet and Stretching) (SC101)
Introducing exercises and workouts for pre-class warm up.
Takes the basic ballet barre training from the standing position to lying down on floor.
To Improve proper muscle memory and proper posture.
Classes sharing the ways to warm up before a dance class, focusing on muscle training e.g.: legs external rotation and extension, foot articulation, abdominal, arms and back, and stretching exercises to build muscle strength and flexibility.
Ballet Elementary (SC102)
This course focuses on the fundamental use of the body in ballet dancing, introducing basic ballet positions, body centre and coordination techniques, musicality, spatial awareness and related skills. The class primarily teaches simple floor barre, barre work and center exercises.
Suitable for Beginners or individuals interested in ballet.
Suggest register <Ballet Pre-class Warm Up (Floor Ballet and Stretching)> for warm up.
Muscle Toning and Cardio Training
The class will combine different muscle building exercise and cardiovascular training. Reduce body fat and toning muscle, improve body posture and stamina , increase the health of the joints and muscle, strengthen the body mobility and stability.
Stretch and relax with singing bowl
The class will combine different stretching exercise and method, with the sound of singing bowl. Enjoy the relaxation and openness flow, restructure the body energy and increase the self-healing ability.
The sound of the singing bowl resonates with the water in the body, and the body cells are tuned to massage and relax the uneven parts of the body. Unbalanced body functions are healed, which can relieve deep fatigue. To restore, purify and relax the body, mind, and soul.
Students may prepare their own mattress and wear active wear when attending class.
Dance fit
Dance Fit integrates dance fitness into daily life, helping users lose weight and shape their bodies. Dance classes are an exercise experience that burns calories by moving to the beat.
Dance Stretch
Dance stretching combines basic dance movements (such as ballet and jazz) with stretching exercises, aiming to improve flexibility, suppleness, and joint range of motion through dynamic training. It typically includes floor warm-ups, stretching routines to music, and effectively works core muscles and sculpts body lines.
Yoga Zen Ring
The yoga ring, also known as the “Zen wheel,” was designed by Japanese fascia expert Mr. Makihiro. Its overall circular structure and curvature are ergonomically designed to enhance functionality while providing mobility. Additionally, its material allows for massage, stretching, and pain relief, making it a multifunctional tool. The yoga ring has a wide range of uses. At its most basic, it can be used for body massage, and one can lie on it to adjust body curves, relieve pain, and help stretch muscles, relax the back, and massage the lower body. It enhances flexibility, strength, and improves posture, while also promoting blood circulation and muscle regeneration.
Zumba Fitness
Zumba Fitness, combining dance, cardio, muscle toning, stretching and balance training, the course introduces easy-to-learn Zumba® style choreography, even if you have no dance experience. Through passionate music like Latin, World, Bollywood, Hip Hop, the participants will feels like go to the Dance Party instead of regular repeated aerobic class. The whole dance party will let you sweat and feel the benefits of dancing from your heart, body and soul!Combining aerobics, Latin dance and variety of world dance, Zumba Fitness® effectively enhancing your heart and lung function to keep your health. Use different muscle groups toning exercise, combine with party dance move including hips, psoas muscles next to the pelvis and back. Muscles for abdomen as well as the muscles around the hands and feet, help to increase coordination and flexibility for your mind and body .In this continuous 1.5 hr dance marathon, it can improve your senses of balance and awareness for for your whole body to prevent the risk of injury.
Contemporary Dance Introductory
An introductory course focuses on simple and basic Contemporary Dance technique, emphasizes a whole-body approach including flexibility, strength, coordination and body awareness to allow freedom of expression. Suitable for beginners of Contemporary Dance.
Yoga Elementary
Back to nature and simplicity. Exercises through breathing and stretching , balancing and controlling, try making the body and spirit working with harmony again, with removal of the senses letting oneself talk inward and peace the mind. This can release the daily-working pressure and muscle tension . This course is suitable for all parties to participate. Namaste!
Pilates Mat Work
The primary focus is on training the core muscle groups, which include the abdomen, back, and pelvic muscles. Additionally, it engages the muscles of the legs, buttocks, and shoulders. This training method emphasizes control, stability, and flexibility.
- Students may prepare their own mattress and towels.
- To avoid any disturbance to students and show deference to the tutor:
- Please switch off devices that emit sounds, such as alarm watches, pagers and mobile phones during the class.
- Students who are late for 10 minutes or more are not suggested to attend the class.
- Please do not leave the studio without instructors approval except with a special reason.
- Please wear active wear when attending class, safety parts are recommended.
Instructors

Graduated from Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, majoring in Musical Theatre Dance.

Born in Hong Kong. Ng started her ballet training at age of four and received Vocational Exam syllabus – Advanced 1 certificate.
Ng graduated from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (Contemporary Dance) in 2014.
Ng co-choreographed and performed <In the air between our particles> (supported by HKADC) with Li Ka-Man.
Ng established MinMin Movement Workshop to share body movement education with children and adults.
Ng currently active as a freelance Movement Coach, dance instructor and choreographer.

Pinki is a Hatha Yoga, Yin Yang Yoga, Yoga Wheel and Sound Healing Instructor. She have over 350 hours’ yoga teaching training and 3 years of teaching yoga experience. She graduated from 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training and 20 hours Yoga Wheel Teaching Training Courses organized by Amada Yim. She also graduated from 140 hours Yin Yang Teaching Training Course organized by Emily Ip. At the same time, she also actively studied Singing Bowls and Tuning Fork Therapy.
Since 2020, she has been teaching yoga in order to share the wisdom of yoga and to promote self-love. She believes Yoga helps us to live in the present, to create inner peace and happiness, and to connect our bodies, minds and spirits.

Annie is currently a freelance dancer, choreographer, dance teacher and singing bowl therapist. Annie graduated from The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, majoring in contemporary dance. During her study, Annie was invited to cooperate with international choreographers, including Gabrielle Nankivell, Dam Van Huynh, Jaime Redfern, Christine Gouzelis, John Utans, Cho Yi, Li Yongjing. She also performed in The 4th HK Butoh Festival, HK Dance Award, HSBC Community Festival.
In this several years, she cooperates with different local dance companies and Nongovernmental Organizations as the teaching artist and performer, including E-side Dance Company, CCDC Dance Centre Outreach department, CCDC, Rice Journey Studio, TWGHs, Caritas HK.
Her recent performance including Voyage by Rice Journey Production, The Rite of spring and Dance at Dawn by CCDC, The rose of the name by Trinity Theatre.

Bonnie Shum started as a part-time yoga instructor in 2013 and transitioned to a full-time yoga instructor in mid-2016. In March 2017, she opened her own yoga studio.
During her time teaching at her studio, she continuously pursued various advanced courses and served as an instructor for yoga stretches, yoga wheel, aerial yoga, and mat pilates in different corporate employee activities. Through years of teaching, she has interacted with and communicated with students from various backgrounds, which has inspired and enriched her teaching experience.

Graduate of the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (Modern Dance); ATOD Gold Bar Jazz syllabus B (Honors); Member and choreographer of Greensco

WONG Sze Wing Sharon was born in Hong Kong. She graduated from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, majoring in Contemporary Dance, and minoring in Choreography. She was the recipient of Dr & Mrs. George Choa Memorial Scholarships and the Society of APA Scholarships for twice. She was a member of City Contemporary Dance Company CCDC Dance Centre dance training scholarship scheme “Teens of Colours” and “WuDaoQingNian”.
She has worked with numerous international artists, such as Judith Sánchez Ruíz (CU), Stephanie Lake (AUS), Leila McMillan (UK), Jorge Jauregui Allue (ES), to name a few. She has participated in productions by various local institutions, including Hong Kong Arts Festival, City Contemporary Dance Company, E-Side Dance Company, Passoverdance, Art Basel Hong Kong. Her sole choreographic works are “Everlasting”, “Not Just Skin Deep” and “Type 1”.
