Latin Introductory
The instructor will lead you to practice 3 different ballroom dance styles (Latin), use beautiful music to match the essentials of moving steps, and fully explore the dynamic dance rhythm.
It starts with explaining the basic principles of Latin dance. It extends the basic movements of “Cha Cha”, “Rumba” and “Jive” to combination, training basic postures and pace, experiencing dynamic balance by learning the method of dancing in duet.

Funky Dance Elementary
It’s not a dance class where you learn a chunk of choreography, stop to practice, then add-on. Instructors

Born in Hong Kong, Simpson graduated from The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, majoring in contemporary dance. He has been the recipient of The Hong Kong Jockey Club Scholarship and The Gifted Young Dancer Programme scholarship and been a member of CCDC’s Dance Training Scholarship Scheme “612 mini dancers”, “Teens of Colours” and “WuDaoQingNian”. He has participated in numerous dance festivals, such as Gaga Winter Intensive, International Dance Week Budapest, Centre National de la Danse Camping 2019, Henny Jurriens Studio Summer Intensive and Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance Summer School.

Fonteyn graduated from The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (HKAPA), majoring in Contemporary Dance. Second majoring in choreography. She was also the recipient of the Contemporary Dance Faculty Scholarship 2020/2021 . She is also an experienced Latin dance teacher with full marks in The Commonwealth Society of Teachers of Dancing (CSTD) and Hong Kong Dance Sport Association (HKDSA) Joint Examinations.

Classically trained as an Egyptian Oriental Dance dancer, mentored by Oriental Dance Masters like Yousry Sharif. She has travelled the world to dance, teach in workshops and attend workshops with the most respected worldwide renowned teachers including Mahmoud Reda, Aida Nour, Tito Seif, Khaled Mahmoud, Mohamed Kazafy, Mercedes Nieto, Mohamed Shahin etc.
She has brought Belly Dance as an art from foreign to HK local audience in various venues. Since the establishment of her dance academy in 2008, Maggie’s fan base has been expanding and her instruction has been sought after by those interested to learn the art.

Since 2007, Kate Tsang, who learning from Hong Kong Egyptian Oriental Dance Dancer - Maggie Wong. Start at 2014, she has been learning from the world’s masters, including Aida Nour, Tito Seif, Khaled Mahmoud, Mohamed Kazafy, Mercedes Nieto, Mohamed Shahin, Lubna Eman, Ahmed Refaat, etc.
Since 2010, she has taught Egyptian Oriental Dance in different institutions and organizations, including HKCTU, CFSC, Methodist Centre CES, and the Police Department’s Civil Service. Fortunately, she has the opportunity to participate in the individual and group performances of the Nile Group Oriental Dance.
