Dance Season 2023/24
We continue our journey: a cycle of growth. Movement is life, a Beginning, an Ending, a Transition, a Story.
I feel a sea of emotions as I think about the idea of ‘It’s Summer!’. Summer is usually a time of vacation where families travel for holiday and it is a break in the middle of the year in transition from spring to autumn. There is a bigger idea of ‘travel’ and ‘journey’. It makes me think of the choices we make, the directions we go in – some we choose – some are chosen for us – some we have no control over. Journey is a key theme for me as I think about this year’s pieces, whether it is the journey of the dead, the journey of a life cycle, the journey of human relationships or the journey of a transition from one place to another. Does a physical journey imply an emotional transition?
I hope you will enjoy this year of Summer.

Terms and Conditions: All discounts are applied to standard tickets only. Prices to be rounded up to the nearest dollar. Ticket discounts can only be applied once per ticket. One person per ticket regardless of age and subject to age limit specified for each programme. Tickets sold are non-refundable. CCDC reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programmes, seating arrangements and audience capacity.

For each purchase of 2 or more different events during advance booking period, patrons may receive one complimentary ‘Dance Inspirations’ membership (with validity until 31/3/2024). Please collect all physical tickets after making purchase, then visit the online application form below for membership redemption.
Purchase tickets of 2 or more different productions during the Advance Booking period and submit an online application on or before 16th May 2023 to receive an annual complimentary “Dance Inspirations” membership, and also a buy-1-get-1-free ice-cream voucher at “HEA”.
Purchase tickets of 4 or more different productions during the Advance Booking period and submit an online application on or before 16th May 2023 to receive an annual complimentary “Dance Inspirations” membership, and also a free voucher for a cup of ice-cream at “HEA”.
