Body Condition
This course combines the essential elements of Dancing, Yoga, Tai Chi, etc. By adjusting your breathing and a series of movement so as to relax your body, improve the functionality of innards as well as release work pressure. Most importantly, refining your body shape and enhancing muscle strength are also the targets of this course! After joining this course, you will be able to reflect this kind of aestheticism in daily life, whether when you are walking, at work or just chilling out with friends. Instructor

Born in Hong Kong.
WONG is a graduate of the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, majoring in Ballet.
Following her studies, WONG joined Étoile Ballet Theatre as a professional dancer.
She completed the Royal Academy of Dance Vocational Examination and is also a registered teacher with the Royal Academy of Dance.

Annie is currently a freelance dancer, choreographer, dance teacher and singing bowl therapist. Annie graduated from The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, majoring in contemporary dance. During her study, Annie was invited to cooperate with international choreographers, including Gabrielle Nankivell, Dam Van Huynh, Jaime Redfern, Christine Gouzelis, John Utans, Cho Yi, Li Yongjing. She also performed in The 4th HK Butoh Festival, HK Dance Award, HSBC Community Festival.

In this several years, she cooperates with different local dance companies and Nongovernmental Organizations as the teaching artist and performer, including E-side Dance Company, CCDC Dance Centre Outreach department, CCDC, Rice Journey Studio, TWGHs, Caritas HK.

Her recent performance including Voyage by Rice Journey Production, The Rite of spring and Dance at Dawn by CCDC, The rose of the name by Trinity Theatre.

Lam graduated from The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts and major in Modern Dance. During his study at the Academy, he was awarded several scholarships, participated in the Tokyo International Dance Festival and performed with variety of dance groups. He was awarded a scholarship from the Asian Cultural Council to participate in the American Dance Festival and joined the Hong Kong City Contemporary Dance Company from 2001 to 2014.

Lam received 2012 Hong Kong Dance Award “Outstanding Independent Dance” and “Outstanding Performance by Male Dancer” for his performance in The Moment I Saw It.

Lam is an experienced dance teacher and Pilate instructor with over 20 years in the field. Since 1998, lam has taught Pilates at Fitness Centre and has been involved with CCDC Dance Center since 2002, instructing Body Work and Modern Dance.

Currently, Lam instructs Contemporary Dance, Duo works and Contact Improvisation at The HK Academy for Performing Arts since 2012. Lam is currently a freelance dancer, choreographer, teaching in City Contemporary Dance Company and HKAPA.

Fila CHAN

Fila used to be a K-pop dance instructor for exchange students at Baptist University, focusing on guiding students to explore the joy and techniques of dance. She has also taught children at various dance institutions, the styles that including K-pop and Hip-hop. Her teaching style emphasizes interaction and creativity, and hope the children can enjoy the fun of dancing!
